DAAF World Services Ltd was formed in 2016 and officially incorporated in 2018 as a supplier of pharmaceutical products, surgical products, orthopedic/rehabilitation products & appliances, medical sundries and medical equipment.

The company was founded by a group of people formerly working with companies dealing in pharmaceuticals, surgical equipment and medical consumables — bringing hands-on industry experience into how DAAF sources, checks and delivers stock.

We're based at Khatija Towers (formerly known as Haruna Towers), Plot 956, Bombo Road, Wandegeya, Kampala, P.O. Box 16612.

We provide sales and after-sales services to our customers across Uganda. Goods are delivered free of charge to a customer's store premises once an LPO is confirmed, using our own delivery vans, and motorcycles for faster turnaround where needed.

In case any product supplied has less than 40% shelf life remaining and later expires, we always exchange it for the same product with a better expiry date.

We're able to provide all of this through our experienced team — medical representatives, sales representatives, a supervising pharmacist, and other technical personnel.
